Over a period of 4 weeks and alongside other mums and babies, you will be taught a baby massage routine.

Baby massage has been known to help: Soothe wind, improve blood circulation, colic, regulate sleep pattern, promote relaxation and develop coordination and learning skills.

This is a unique bonding experience for you and your baby so why not try a free taster session?

Classes will be held at the Muswell Hill Friends Meeting House on the following dates (excluding bank holidays):

Mondays 10am-11.15am

Please note April is fully booked.

*Babies can come along from 6 weeks to active crawling
*Please bring a small towel and a spare nappy.
*I will provide a bottle of organic baby massage oil and course materials.
