Come and learn this wonderful skill in a fun and relaxed atmosphere at Muswell Hill Methodist Church!
Baby massage has many benefits for you and your baby. For you, it helps you to bond with your baby, reduces post natal depression and you get to learn about your babys negative and positive cues., it helps with common complaints such as colic, constipation and trapped wind. It also aids sleep, digestion and boosts immunity.
There is also chat time after class with tea/coffee &
cookies. Classes are baby led, fun and relaxed.
Courses are held on Tuesday (10am - 11am) and
Wednesday (10:45am - 11:45am).
